Bidding Software

When you post a sale on our system, you can:

Add a link to your own bidding software (we provide a field for this), or
Use AuctionLook’s built-in bidding software (real estate only, availability may vary by country).

You are not required to use AuctionLook’s bidding software.

If you have a property better suited for auction, you can now list it directly through AuctionLook.

When posting, your agreed commission percentage stays in place.
Commissions are paid from the buyer’s premium if the property sells through the platform.
Additional fees: $75 per property (non-refundable) + 1.5% of the sale price (to cover platform costs and required additional auction state licenses holder when applicable).
All fees are paid by the buyer via buyer premium, as an added cost on top of the sale price.

This benefits your seller because your commission is now paid on the buyside, not deducted from the seller’s proceeds.

AuctionLook’s alternative in-house bidding software is currently only available in the US.

All bidder contact details are provided to you for future prospecting, unless a buyer requests privacy.
