Auctioneer Requirements-

1. Current paid membership with your local or regional association and MLS (if applicable in your country or region) is required. Association has to be in the business of supporting property professionals.

2. All users of the system, including agents and auctioneers, must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing their activities, including local, state, federal, and national requirements. Where transactions involve multiple jurisdictions, users are responsible for adhering to all cross-border and international regulatory obligations necessary to conduct business lawfully.

How to Post -

1. Check directory to see if you already have a profile. If you have a profile login with the email associated with that profile. Therr is a reset password if you do not remember your password. If you email is incorrrect or not accesable on that profile send a “email change request” to us and we will correct it.

2. If you do not have a profile, you can register a profile on the login page. Once your association membership has been verified, you will be sent a “approved welcome email”

3. Login to AuctionLook

4. Start entering in your sales information.

5. Your will be asked what type of sale- real estate or personal property (real estate includes all types including: land, commercial and rental).

6. Once you have completed the post upon submission you will be redirected to the pay area for promoting your sale locally and internationally.
